I’ve received lots of emails and Twitters with your questions, comments, and thoughts about this blog, and I sincerely appreciate them all. I know that there are thousands of you subscribed and reading, so I wanted to give each of you the opportunity to tell me what you want.

Bravo! Erica, “How Can I Serve You?” is THE question in business; and the best way to find out is to ask! I found the survey easy to use and very pointed in the questions it asked. I hope that the information really serves you in your use of the blog and I look forward to the video on using Google docs to make a survey.

I like how you are doing the ‘how can I help’ type of post as well… it is very admirable and really helps bring an audience for a blog together it seems when their fearless leader offers out some specific help.

I’ve followed your blog for a while now and have really enjoyed much of your content. I hate that you got such a negative response from a lot of GRS readers on your guest post yesterday. I for one, compliment you on your post and encourage you to post more of the same. It is incredibly interesting to see how windfalls are handled and how that money can be used to further yourself. Great stuff in my humble opinion.

Web hosting… According to my hosting company, bluehost, my server has been under a massive distributed denial of service attack for over 36 hours.
Essentially, I’m temporarily out of business.
Choosing a good hosting provider is really critical, but there’s so much bogus info out there.
