It seems that you have been doing well with your property investments. Assuming that you have been making positive cash flow from your investments, why not simply replicate more and more of it? Rich dad said before: getting rich is a boring process - find something that works, and repeat it. If your approach so far is work, look at the process, go lean, and repeat. What do you think?
