		<description>I came to this same realization a while back.  I think it's one of those milestones in life that certain types of people go through.  There are many people that are completely selfish, it's all about them.  Then there are those that are sickened by that thought and are completely selfless, to the point it ruins their life and they come to a point where they are unable to help anyone, even themselves.  Then there are people that start out being selfless, but see the danger of ignoring their needs and putting themselves last.  These people seek a balance between making the world better without sacrificing their own happiness.  Once you realize that saying No to things that would be detrimental to your happiness or to things that you don't have time for because of more important things, it's much easier to achieve that balance.  I'm glad to see you've reached that milestone.  Welcome to the club.  :-)</description>
