You know you’re addicted to online poker when… you go to the bathroom and pee while hitting the “Check” button on your laptop.

Last night: Lost $80
Today: (so far) Won $210 (approx. 3.5 hours of play today)

    This is a very sad time for we poker players. Yesterday the U.S. government seized the main poker sites and charged them with financial crimes. Although the laws have slowly been snuck onto the books beginning with the 2006 Unlawful Internet Gambling Enforcement Act, having our government actually enforce this modern blue law is stunning. Right at this moment, it feels icky to be an American.

    Erica…I hope you don’t much in any of your accounts…and I’m sorry that we’ll no longer be able to test our wits against each other at the tables.
