I have never received any business directly from my site, but it serves as a brochure I can refer people to. My tiny side business generates relatively little revenue, but it easily covers the hosting costs. b) On the rare occasions that I have needed support, it's been there as close to instantaneously as I needed it. Sometimes attended to by the great Erica herself :-) A couple hours isn't a big deal since I'm not selling anything on the site. c) Moving the site has a cost in itself, even if it's fairly easy. Why bother unless there's a clear benefit? In short: Hosting's already a commodity. You guys have great service and that's worth staying for.
