		<description>Interesting link. I can relate to the resistance to doing something without an explanation. Somehow I got the right mix of confidence/ego and questioning capability to insist that I understand the reasonings behind things I am asked to do. You would think this would be something desirable and common, but it has been my experience that it is less common that I thought, and it can also be a handicap.

I had a lot of difficulty getting a career started because so many entry positions do not want or trust young employees to think for themselves, or even give them tools so that they can do so. You have solved this nicely by starting your own business! Congratulations!

Sure it may take a little longer to adopt some common sense practices, (like being on time for business/important things), but once you understand how they fit into the big picture, they start to become your own strategies instead of outside annoyances.
