It might be worth trying to make some progress on one or more of those life goals listed across there - its something non-work-related with a visible (or audible) result. I play various musical instruments, it helps me when I&#039;ve been feeling low to just sit and empty my brain for a few minutes or hours of concentrating on making nice music. With that in mind, I&#039;d recommend your learning piano (or even my favourite, guitar) and sticking with it (I gave up piano after a 2 years, slowly getting back into it but its hard going for me)

Anyway, keep on keeping on, and stay happy... ;)</description>

		<description>Exercise.  I can&#039;t tell you how many times when I&#039;m in a slump that going running around has helped me immensely.  Its hard to do, cause its the last thing you want to do, but man does it help!</description>
