Parts of indiana are either an 8-10 hour drive from where I live in wisconsin ^^; Pretty far drive, Too bad my car doesn't have plates, and my dad's 'work'* van's doors are held closed by a tie down strap... I also hate driving in winter :< evil snow and ice are mortal enemy, when driving. 66% of all accidents I've been in were related to icy conditions. There was the 'white' car I couldn't see, because I was driving too fast (35 mph on a 25mph street) and the roads were white... not to bad in terms of slippery just fresh fallen snow... then the parking lot incident with the yellow parking pole thing..
and the time i skidded into a snowbank on icy roads... and the time i ran into the ditch when a patch of ice on a pretty clear highway caught me off gaurd and caused me to loose control of the vehicle..
The drunk who backed into my car while it was parked wasn't snow related nor my fault, and the time I was really angry over I don't even remember what anymore and I pulled through 2 cars and ran head on into an oncoming car in the office maxx parking lot was totally my fault and not weather related. I think I'm safer here at home, at least until the spring thaw.

*= by work i mean 'DIY repair work van' he's got a some lumber and a circular saw and a lot of his tool in there now..
